  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower pieces
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice

  1. Wash hands with soap and warm water. Wash fresh vegetables before preparing.
  2. Combine lettuce, broccoli florets, cauliflower pieces, tomatoes and carrots with salt and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle with oil and lemon juice.
