  • 1 bunch mustard greens
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Wash hands with warm water and soap. Wash fresh vegetables before preparing.
  2. Remove mustard green stems and chop the leaves.
  3. Steam over boiling water for 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Dry off excess water with a paper towel.
  5. Sprinkle with lemon juice, and serve immediately.
