Ingredients:

  • 1 cup peanut butter, crunchy or smooth
  • ½ - ¾ cup water
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons lime juice (juice of about 2 limes)
  • 1½ tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Asian-style hot sauce (optional)

Directions:

  1. Wash hands with soap and warm water. Wash produce well.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine peanut butter and ½ cup water. Blend until combined.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to blender and blend to desired thickness, adding more water if necessary.
