Ingredients:

  • 1 pound collard greens
  • ¼ teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Directions:

1. Wash hands thoroughly with warm water and soap. Wash fresh vegetables before preparing.
2. Remove stems and slice greens.
3. Place in double boiler or steaming basket. Steam for 8 minutes.
4. Sprinkle with basil and lemon juice before serving.
5. Serve immediately.
