Ingredients:

  • ⅔ cup fat-free milk
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ⅓ cup nonfat dry milk powder

Directions:

  1. Wash hands thoroughly with warm water and soap.
  2. Combine fat free milk, banana and dry milk powder in a blender container.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Serve right away as a cold drink or on top of cereal. May cover and store in the refrigerator up to one day.
