
Citrus Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 pink grapefruit, peeled and cut into pieces
- 2 oranges, peeled and cut into pieces
- 2 tangerines, peeled and cut into pieces
- 3 Tablespoons orange juice
- 1 Tablespoon vinegar, or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 large head of lettuce, separated into leaves, rinsed and dried
Directions:
- Wash hands with warm water and soap. Wash fresh vegetables before preparing.
- In medium bowl, combine grapefruit, oranges and tangerines.
- In a small bowl, combine the orange juice, vinegar and salt.
- Add the oil. Mix thoroughly.
- Pour over fruit and gently toss to combine.
- Put the lettuce on 4 plates.
- Divide the fruit mixture and place the fruit on the lettuce.
