Ingredients:

  • 1 pink grapefruit, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 2 oranges, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 2 tangerines, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 3 Tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 Tablespoon vinegar, or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 large head of lettuce, separated into leaves, rinsed and dried

Directions:

  1. Wash hands with warm water and soap. Wash fresh vegetables before preparing.
  2. In medium bowl, combine grapefruit, oranges and tangerines.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the orange juice, vinegar and salt.
  4. Add the oil. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour over fruit and gently toss to combine.
  6. Put the lettuce on 4 plates.
  7. Divide the fruit mixture and place the fruit on the lettuce.
