Ingredients:

  • 1 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
  • ¼ cup honey*
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons of your favorite mix-ins like chocolate chips, raisins, dried cranberries, or nuts

Directions:

  1. Wash hands with soap and warm water.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, vanilla (if using), and honey. Mix well.
  3. Add oats and stir to combine. Sprinkle cinnamon evenly over mixture and stir to combine. Add your favorite mix-ins and stir to combine. 
  4. Form the mixture into balls about the size of a tablespoon and place on a plate or dish.
  5. Chill the balls in the refrigerator or freezer for 10 minutes before serving. Store left overs in the refrigerator or freezer. Enjoy! 

*Honey should not be fed to infants less than one year of age
