All AZ Health Zone local agency staff interested in providing feedback are encouraged to attend.

Time Session title Description
9-9:30 a.m. Reflecting on Patterns: Welcome and Purpose Gain an understanding of the day’s purpose and reflect on program implementation and learnings from the last year.
9:30-10 a.m. Yarns and Threads: Unique Identities Holding Us Together An activity on how our individual perspectives inform how we show up for our work and connect us to our colleagues and community members.
10:10-11 a.m. Valuable Voices – Rotation 1 Participate in a facilitator-led session to collect your feedback o three topics: Policy, Systems and Environmental Changes (PSE), Direct Education (DE), and Trainings/Professional Development (PD). Participants will rotate through each of the three topics throughout the day.
11 a.m.-1 p.m. Lunch break N/A
1-1:50 p.m. Valuable Voices – Rotation 2 Participate in a facilitator-led session to collect your feedback on three topics – PSEs, DE, and Trainings/PD. Participants will rotate through each of the three topics throughout the day.
2-2:50 p.m. Valuable Voices – Rotation 3 Participate in a facilitator-led session to collect your feedback on three topics – PSEs, DE, and Trainings/PD. Participants will rotate through each of the three topics throughout the day.
2:50-3 p.m. Closing Looking forward to seeing you all next year!
