Yes! Fat-free and low-fat (1%) milk, cheese, and yogurt help you build better bones!

Children ages 2-3 need 2 cups of milk each day.

Children ages 4-8 need 2½ cups of milk each day.

Older children and teens ages 9-18, like adults, need 3 cups of milk each day.

Calcium is important because it helps build strong bones and teeth.

From the day you're born, calcium builds and strengthens your bones.
